International Summer Seminar of Martial Arts 2024 - Bohinj (SLO)

Book your place at a seminar you should not miss. Where we all come together from all around the world and practice united with the true spirit of martial arts. TAIJIQUAN: Form and Principles of Yong Sichou Baoguo. (Master Paolo Bolaffio)

BAGUAZHANG: 天地之形 Bagua Tiān Dì Zhī Xíng - This form expresses a concept that can be associated with various contexts, including philosophical, spiritual, or artistic, reflecting the harmony and interconnectedness between heaven (the cosmos, the spiritual aspect) and earth (the material world, the physical aspect).

The advanced mechanics of the "Chou" (肘) elbow techniques involve a deep understanding of biomechanics, internal energy (Qi), and the strategic use of the body to maximize the effectiveness of an attack or defense.(Master Paolo Bolaffio)
